This is how we work

Stjerne-Chrom places great emphasis on the fact that we can always live up to customers' expectations - and we keep a close eye on this. It is important to us that we have a good contact with all customers, and any problems are solved in a good collaboration. 

We also conduct a satisfaction survey at appropriate intervals, where some of our customers are called up and interviewed about what they think about our performance in different areas. Our customers are particularly satisfied with the collaboration, and not least with the professional dialogue and advice on surface treatment that we provide. They emphasize that we are careful to deliver on time and not least flexible if they need help with a fast delivery. 


They also say that we are a very committed and careful partner, and we will do our best to continue with that. 


Our Terms of Sale and Delivery are always applicable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
