Hard anodizing
Hard anodizing of aluminum is used for items where high demands are placed on:
- Corrosion protection (strong)
- Abrasion resistance (Hard wear)
- Electrical insulation
- Ability
- Heat resistance
- Aluminum oxide layer layer thickness 25-120µ
Hard anodizing is performed on our new process line according to MIL-A-8625 amd og ISO 10074.
Quality test:
- Tail measure
- Layer thickness measurement
- Wear test with Taber Abraser
We enclose COC and test reports upon request.
Our Hard Anodizing process is 3rd party approved according to KVS-23, equivalent to MIL-PRF-8625, by KIWA TI Norway
