Tin / nickel
Used for surface treatment of brass / copper items.
The Tin-Nickel surface treatment makes the item look like stainless steel, and is well suited for products for the food industry. Tin-nickel surface treatment is a good alternative to nickel, as the properties are significantly better. The surface consists of approx. 65% tin and approx. 35% nickel.
- 2µ Tin-Nickel, corresponds in terms of corrosion to approx. 10µ nickel
- Tin-Nickel is resistant to aggressive chemicals
- Tin-Nickel reduces the risk of nickel allergy
- 2-15µ layer thickness
